Starts at the Old Elm Tree, European Tree of the year – 2014, nearby the monument of Hadzhi Dimitar, and goes through the whole length of Sliven Main Street, after Rozova Gradina bridge goes towards the monument of Panayot Hitov and Late antique and medieval fortress Tuida, leaves the town, climbing up the Alley of Health and reaching the ruins of medieval fortress Marineno Gradishte situated over the high hill Gagovetz and following its the steep ridge is climbing up to Kutelka Peak. Afterwards it continues to the highest peak in Eastern Stara Planina – Balgarka, going through the Old Ancient Path as before Dragieva Cheshma gets down on the South passing through Kyoshka to the meadow Mochurite. It continues over Mala Planina climbing through Golyama Chatalka Peak and Malka Chatalka Peak. It gets down to the North of the Television Tower through Karandila Hut to Karandila Bakery and passes near the Kushbunar Spring. It reaches the spring-sanctuary Arhangela and gets down to the famous spring Haidushki izvor, passing near Haidushka Polyana, The Cave of Panayot Hitov, the cave Haidushkata Bychva and climbs up to the ruins of the antique fortress Kaloyanovi Kuli. It gets towards Peschenik Peak, and passes near the Cave Haidushkata Peshtera. Then it climbs to the Peschenik Peak, gets down on its western slope and then climbs to the Karandila Lake. It crosses Karandila Lake, continues to the famous Haidushka pyteka, reaches Lower Lift Station and goes on a touristic trail up to the Rock phenomenon Halkata. From the parking of the former totalitarian leader Todor Zhivkov residence it climbs up by Petkova Pateka, reaches Kolarska Polyana and then gets down to the Late antique and medieval fortress Tuida, enters town passing again by the monument of Panayot Hitov, Rozova Gradina, Sliven Main Street and finishes at the Old Elm Tree.
